This Ayurvedic technique involves a stream of warm oil applied to the third eye and forehead. In Sanskrit shiro means “head” and dhara means “flow”. This 90 minute session includes a scalp and full body massage for a deeply relaxing head-to-toe experience.

Professional Myofascial Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage is a deep tissue technique that provides myofascial work with less discomfort due to the use of the broad surface of the foot. This is a 90 minute full body massage utilizing long body strokes and compression with the feet to provide relief from pain and muscle tension. Our Ashiatsu therapist received her training in this technique from the Center for Barefoot Massage.
Unwind as aromas of lavender and herbs soothe your senses. After a full body dry brush exfoliation treatment, an herbal mud mask is applied to the legs and back. Following a relaxing scalp massage, your feet are treated to a lavender salt scrub as you enjoy the warmth of the wrap. Following the wrap, Soap Cauldron's French Lavender body butter seals in hydration leaving you with a feeling of tranquility.
